Help and support for the elderly
AGE Concern Advocacy Service is providing drop-in sessions every week for people who need information and support.
The sessions take place every Wednesday, from 10am to noon, at Trinity Methodist Church, Woodland Place, Penarth.
In particular, the service can offer help with issues such as care provision, housing, paying for care and difficulty in accessing services.
Advocacy co-ordinator, Madelynn Wiggins said: "The Advocacy Service is available to support older people across the Vale of Glamorgan.
"Older people wanting help or support can call into the drop-in sessions or, if they would prefer to arrange a home-visit, telephone 029 20 683683, 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday."
