PENARTH Town Under 14s played Rhoose FC at Rhoose.
It was so windy that it was hard to keep the ball on the floor.
First to score was Kadell Casanova, who ran through the whole defence after receiving a through-ball from Theo Page.
Penarth then went another goal up with the scorer being Dale Pierce, who took a pass from Kadell.
Penarth scored their third and final goal when Kadell put Theo Page through, and this signalled the end of the first half.
Frazer started the game off after the break with a stinging shot, but Rhoose now had the wind in their favour and were playing over-the-top balls over Penarth's defence.
They scored twice and had a goal disallowed for offside.
Penarth were unlucky not to score more, but the Rhoose goalkeeper made some outstanding saves.
Penarth's players can take much from this game in bad weather.
